1. Promotion Overview
The BIENORA Sweepstakes is a promotional program designed to reward customers while promoting healthy living through BIENORA products.
Customers may receive sweepstakes entries through eligible purchases or by using the Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE), which allows participation without making a purchase.
No purchase is necessary to enter. A free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) is available as described in these Official Rules.

2. Eligibility
Participation is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and any individual directly involved in the administration of this promotion, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible to participate.
Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of BIENORA, which are final and binding in all matters related to this promotion.
3. How to Enter
Participants may receive entries in one of the following ways. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may earn through purchases. Only one (1) free AMOE entry is permitted per person per promotional period.
A. Purchase Entry
Customers receive one (1) sweepstakes entry for every one U.S. Dollar (USD $1.00) spent on eligible purchases at bienorastore.com, calculated before taxes, shipping, discounts, or applicable fees.
Entries are assigned automatically after a qualifying purchase has been completed and confirmed.
B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Individuals who prefer not to make a purchase may submit one (1) valid free entry request per promotional period by visiting: bienorastore.com/pages/amoe and completing the entry form with their full name, valid email address, and mailing address.
Alternatively, participants may mail a handwritten request including their full name, email address, mailing address, and the name of the current promotional period to:

Each approved request receives one (1) entry. Duplicate or incomplete requests will not receive additional entries. Requests must be received before the promotional period closing date to be eligible.
4. Promotional Period
Each promotional period begins and ends on the dates announced by BIENORA on its official website and official social media channels. Dates for each drawing period will be published no later than the start date of that period.
Only entries received during the applicable promotional period will participate in that drawing. All times are Central Time (CT).
Any entries received after the promotional period has ended will automatically be entered into the next eligible drawing, if applicable, unless the entrant requests otherwise.
5. Prize
The prize offered during each promotional period will be clearly announced before entries open. Prizes may include cash prizes, BIENORA products, travel experiences, motor vehicles, gift cards, or other prizes..., or other items selected by BIENORA, subject to applicable law and these Official Rules.
The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize will be disclosed before the drawing begins and will be published on the official promotion page.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at BIENORA's sole discretion. BIENORA reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the announced prize becomes unavailable.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable promotional period.
6. Winner Selection
One or more winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable promotional period.
Drawings are intended to be conducted live to promote transparency. If a live broadcast cannot be completed due to technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond BIENORA's reasonable control, the drawing will still be conducted using the same random selection process and the recording or results will be made publicly available whenever practicable.
The date, time, and platform for each draw will be announced at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance via the official BIENORA website, or participants will be notified through other means
All eligible entries will have an equal chance of being selected. The drawing is conducted under the supervision of BIENORA and its decisions are final.
7. Winner Notification
BIENORA will contact the selected winner using the contact information provided by the participant within seven (7) calendar days following the drawing date. BIENORA will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner during this period.
If the selected winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the notification period, fails to claim the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, BIENORA reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner through a subsequent random drawing. The alternate winner will be subject to the same eligibility requirements and notification procedures.
8. Verification & Affidavit
Before any prize is awarded, BIENORA reserves the right to require the selected winner to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within ten (10) calendar days of notification.
False information, fraudulent activity, use of bots or automated entry methods, duplicate accounts, or any attempt to manipulate the promotion may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.
BIENORA reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize, where reasonably necessary.
9. Public Winner Announcement
To maintain transparency, BIENORA may publish the first name, last initial, city, state, prize won, and drawing date of confirmed winners on its official website and official social media channels.
By participating, entrants consent to this limited public announcement unless prohibited by applicable law. Where required by applicable law, winners may submit a written request to support@bienorastore.com to opt out of public disclosure of their information.
10. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the acceptance, receipt, possession, or use of any prize. BIENORA will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC or other applicable tax forms as required by law for prizes valued at $600 or more. Winners may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number prior to receiving any prize.
11. Right to Modify or Cancel
BIENORA reserves the right to suspend, modify, postpone, or terminate the promotion at any time, with or without notice, if fraud, technical failures, force majeure, government regulation, or any circumstance beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper administration of the promotion. In such event, BIENORA will select winners from all eligible entries received prior to the action requiring such modification, if feasible.
12. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless BIENORA, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from or related to: (a) participation in the promotion; (b) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (c) any technical errors, failures, or malfunctions; or (d) any typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or related materials. This limitation of liability does not apply where prohibited by law.
13. Disputes
Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this promotion, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred; and (c) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
14. Privacy
Personal information collected during this promotion will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and communicating with participants, and will be handled in accordance with the BIENORA Privacy Policy. BIENORA will not sell or share personal information with third parties except as necessary to administer this promotion or as required by law.
15. General Conditions
BIENORA reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. BIENORA's failure to enforce any provision of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and BIENORA with respect to this promotion and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
